Hi! I'm Youssef!

An intuitive and creative designer with an extensive experience in Architecture.

I’m obsessed with designing and choreographing experiences for people, in both the physical and digital realms. What I enjoy the most in the design process, is interaction and communication with clients and end users to achieve design that reflect both group needs. In my career, I have been involved in all aspects of an end-to-end design project and led projects from concept to construction.

My passion for problem solving and interest in technology has drawn me from designing physical spaces to the digital design world. The more I learned about UX design it felt I had been doing UX design the whole time I was an architect.

My Syrian-American roots boosts the cultural diversity in my work. Fueled by my passion for understanding the nuances of cross cultural designs I considers myself a 'forever student' eager to both build on my academic foundations in Architecture and stay in tune with the latest design strategies through continued coursework and professional development.

Currently as an Architectural designer, I have worked in Spain and my homeland Syria and currently in the US. I am fluent in three languages and still working on my Spanish.

On Saturdays, you can find me hiking Austin's trails, practicing yoga, or dancing Argentine tango.
